Afshin grew up in Iran and moved to San Francisco in 2012 to attend law school. During law school, Afshin interned in chambers of California Chief Justice and Federal Trade Commission. He graduated in 2015 from UC Hastings. He also holds a bachelors and masters of law from Iran as well as masters of British Studies.

Afshin joined Yaron & Associates in December of 2022. Prior to joining Yaron & Associates, Afshin practiced as an insurance coverage and construction defect litigation attorney.

Afshin currently lives in San Francisco. His hobbies include traveling, running, going to the gym and reading.
