MICHAEL J. PENG

Michael was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota. Michael received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2002. After a few years of working in outside sales in the Bay Area, he returned to the University of Oregon and obtained his J.D. in 2008. During law school, Michael spent time in Harbin, China, where he taught the American legal system to Chinese law students at the Harbin Institute of Technology. He was also a member of the University of Oregon's Small Business Clinic and a judicial extern for the Circuit Court of Lane County in Oregon.

Michael joined Yaron & Associates in January of 2009 where he practices in the areas of insurance coverage and toxic tort litigation. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

Michael's passions and interests include: running, traveling, culture, wine, concerts, politics, and rooting for the Oregon Ducks."
